"Chop Suey!" adalah single pertama System of a Down dari album keduanya Toxicity. Single ini dirilis pada bulan Agustus 2001. Sebenarnya judul lagu ini adalah "Suicide" (bunuh diri); namun konon dilarang oleh produsennya. Tetapi kata "We're rolling Suicide" masih bisa didengar di bait kedua.
Meski konon katanya ditulis oleh Serj Tankian setelah makan sebuah cap cay (chop suey) yang kurang enak, sebenarnya lagu ini berdasarkan puisi Pater Armeni mengenai Genosida Armenia. Beberapa bait lagu ini diambil dari kitab Perjanjian Baru.
